Vaboo launches broker offering to help improve customer engagement

Customer rewards platform Vaboo has launched a new offering for mortgage brokers and independent financial advisers (IFAs), designed to help businesses improve customer engagement and retention.

Through Vaboo’s platform, estate and letting agents have been supporting over 200,000 customers with the costs of moving as well as the everyday cost of living, via access to exclusive pricing, offers and discounts from most major national retail brands.

In turn, Vaboo’s clients receive live data within their whitelabelled platform, highlighting customer wants and needs, as well as insights into customer satisfaction levels. 

Following interest shown from mortgage brokers, Vaboo has now also launched a cost effective offering available to all sizes of broker businesses.

Weekly branded communications are included as part of the service, which reduces the demand on any marketing resource and aims to keep engagement high.
