Clydesdale Bank is making significant rate reductions across its exclusive and professional mortgage ranges while also simplifying its discount offset offerings.
The changes, which take effect from Tuesday 18th March, will see rate cuts of up to 0.36% across its purchase exclusive range, up to 0.31% on large loan exclusives, and up to 0.35% for newly qualified professionals.
The bank will also introduce a revised discount offset range, available from 8pm on Monday 17th March.
For loans up to £1m, an 80% LTV 2-year discount offset mortgage will be available at 5.79% with a £999 fee.
For loans above £1m, an 80% LTV 2-year discount offset mortgage will be offered at 6.09% with a £1,999 fee. The end dates for these products will be updated to 30 June of the relevant year.
