Cambridge & Counties Bank has completed a multi-million-pound financing deal for a property developer with a 25-year history in UK real estate.
The funding will refinance existing debt and enable the acquisition of a luxury wedding and conference venue in Doncaster.
The transaction was completed in under seven working days, setting a new record for the bank.
The developer, a long-term client of Cambridge & Counties Bank, has built a diverse portfolio across residential, commercial, development, and leisure sectors.
The recent refinancing was secured against an established hotel in Doncaster.
