CHL Mortgages for Intermediaries has partnered with PRIMIS Mortgage Network, allowing PRIMIS brokers access to CHL’s buy-to-let (BTL) mortgage range.
This includes options for individual and limited company landlords.
The lender provides products for single dwellings, houses in multiple occupation (HMOs), and multi-unit freehold blocks (MUFBs) with up to six units or bedrooms.
More complex property types, like HMOs and MUFBs with up to 10 units, as well as short-term lets such as holiday lets or serviced apartments, are also covered.
