Avamore Capital has announced that D’mitri Zaprzala, the current CEO, will be leaving the company this summer after three and a half years in the role.
During his time with Avamore, Zaprzala played a role in steering the company through a rapidly evolving market landscape.
His leadership also helped Avamore maintain a strong market position amidst changes in the Bank of England base rate and a shifting political environment.
Michael Dean, joint co-founder of Avamore Capital, said: “On behalf of the board and the entire team, I want to thank DZ for his hard work and dedication over the past three and a half years.
“He has been a valued member of the leadership team, and we wish him every success in the next stage of his career.”
Zuhair Mirza, joint co-founder of Avamore Capital, said: “DZ has led the business through a period of major economic and market shifts.
“We appreciate all his efforts and look forward to seeing what he does next.”
Greg Tarn has recently joined as managing director, bringing substantial experience in origination, structuring, and funding.
The leadership is further supported by Nick Duke, director of finance and operations; Adam Butler, director of sales and marketing; Ed Blundell, senior underwriter; and Harry Yates, head of credit analysis.
