MagiClick renews partnership with Vida Bank following successful digital platform delivery

MagiClick, the award-winning digital agency, has announced the renewal of its partnership with Vida Bank following the successful delivery of a new digital platform to support the UK’s latest specialist mortgage bank.

In 2024, as Vida pursued a strategic transition to become a licensed bank, MagiClick played a key role in developing and delivering the bank’s digital presence. The partnership saw the creation of a new bank website, implementation of advanced analytics, and conversion rate optimisation to support Vida’s growth objectives.

MagiClick oversaw both the user experience and interface design, incorporating usability testing with real end users before development began. The agency handled full front-end and back-end engineering, supported by a design system to serve both Vida Savings and Vida Homeloans brands through a single code base.

The website was built on the Umbraco CMS platform, giving content editors a comprehensive management interface. Centralised product data management ensures consistency across all product-related pages and tools, while Umbraco Workflow and Deploy modules meet regulatory needs for multi-level content approvals and change audit trails.

The project also included advanced analytics using GA4 and Looker Studio. This enables cross-domain tracking and delivers real-time dashboards that provide detailed insights into user journeys, including conversion behaviour, abandonment rates, and field-level tracking.
