The app also centralises all communication, ensuring that messages are in one place.
Users can access mortgage and insurance documents at any time without needing to search for paperwork.
Additionally, the app is hosted securely on Microsoft Azure, offering cloud security and data encryption during transit.
The app is committed to data privacy, collecting information with user consent, allowing users to request data deletion, and ensuring no data is shared with third parties.
It also complies with financial regulations by providing traceable and auditable two-way chat, assisting brokers in meeting recording obligations.
