flatfair is set to host a webinar for landlords and letting agents seeking to grow their revenue streams in the face of the Renters’ Rights Bill.
Emma Parsons, sales and partnerships director at flatfair, who has more than two decades of industry experience, will host the event.
She will be joined by David Smith, head of dispute resolution at JMW Solicitors LLP.
The session aims to help agents and landlords navigate the implications of the upcoming reforms.
These include: the abolition of Section 21 (so-called ‘no fault) evictions, the ending of assured shorthold tenancies (ASTs), and the introduction to the private rented sector (PRS) of the Decent Homes Standard.
The webinar, which is free to landlords and letting agents, will include a live Q&A, offering attendees the chance to put their questions directly to the experts.
Participants will also learn how flatfair’s No Deposit solution aims to offer a more secure alternative to traditional deposits – helping landlords retain up to double the protection while offering tenants a more affordable way to move.
“Letting agents are already seeing increased administrative demands as compliance obligations grow,” says flatfair CEO, Gary Wright.
“Our goal is to provide time-saving, revenue-generating tools that simplify processes and deliver peace of mind for both landlords and tenants.”
