Nationwide is cutting rates by up to 0.29% for new customers remortgaging and for existing customers switching to a new deal.
The new rates will take effect from tomorrow, 25th April 2025.
The changes apply across 2-year, 3-year and 5-year fixed rate and 2-year tracker products.
For new customers, the lowest remortgage rate is now 3.94% at 60% loan-to-value (LTV) with a £1,499 fee.
Switcher rates for current Nationwide customers also start from 3.94%, with a £999 fee.
Other new remortgage rates include a 2-year fixed at 85% LTV with a £999 fee at 4.60%, reduced by 0.24%, and a 5-year fixed at 75% LTV with a £999 fee at 4.12%, down by 0.13%.
For existing customers, switcher rates now include a 2-year fixed at 85% LTV at 4.55%, cut by 0.24%, and a 5-year fixed at 75% LTV at 4.07%, down by 0.13%.
Rates for both switchers and remortgages start from 3.94%.

“The latest cuts ensure that we have competitive mortgage rates across the board and firmly position us as the go-to lender for every type of borrower.”
