StreamBank has announced the appointment of Amy Robinson as business development manager for the Midlands, Wales and the West. Amy joined the specialist lender on 1st May 2025 and will focus on supporting brokers with bridging and property finance solutions across the region.
Robinson brings 17 years of financial services experience to the role, including positions at Masthaven, TSB Bank, Monmouthshire Building Society, GPS Financial Limited and Apex Bridging. Her appointment follows the recent hires of Lee Warne as senior BDM for London and the South East, and Aiman Maklad as BDM for London and the South.

Roz Cawood, managing director – property finance at StreamBank, said: “Amy’s experience and knowledge of the market make her a brilliant addition to the team. She understands the challenges brokers and their clients can face and takes a practical, responsive approach to finding solutions. We’re proud to welcome her to StreamBank as we continue to grow our team and strengthen support across the UK.”
Amy Robinson added: “I’m really excited to be part of the StreamBank team. I’ve always enjoyed working closely with brokers and helping them find the right solutions for their clients, so I’m looking forward to getting out and about across the Midlands, Wales and the West of England. StreamBank has a strong reputation for being flexible and easy to deal with, and I’m keen to build on that by giving brokers the support they need to get deals over the line.”
