NatWest Group partners with Money Wellness to support vulnerable clients

Money Wellness has partnered with NatWest Group to offer support to customers showing early signs of financial stress.

NatWest Group customers, including those with RBS and Ulster Bank, who are struggling with debt, budgeting or meeting essential household costs, will be offered a free Money Wellness financial health check.

This aims to identify if customers need debt advice, help to maximise income or support managing household budgets.

NatWest Group staff will discuss the service with customers facing financial challenges.

Customers can choose to be transferred to a Money Wellness adviser, arrange a call, or receive a link to start an online journey.

Money Wellness and NatWest Group will also work together to help staff better spot signs of financial vulnerability.

Sebrina McCullough, director of external relations at Money Wellness, said: “We know that millions of households are struggling to make ends meet.

“It’s never been more important for businesses to step in early and connect customers to free, trusted help before things spiral out of control.

“We’re proud to be partnering with NatWest Group to offer timely, practical support to those who need it most.”

McCullough added: “Together, we can help more people find a way through financial difficulty and build a path to a more secure future.”

Neil Taylor, product owner at NatWest, said: “We’re excited to be working with Money Wellness, providing vital support to customers navigating financial difficulties.

“Together, we’re committed to helping our customers find the right solutions and guidance they need during challenging times.”
