UK Top 100 law firm Ward Hadaway has been announced as the latest associate member of the Bridging & Development Lenders Association (BDLA), as the organisation nears a milestone of 100 lender and associate members.
With offices in Leeds, Manchester and Newcastle, Ward Hadaway has an established real estate and property finance practice. The firm provides legal services to bridging and development lenders across acquisition funding, development finance, loan management, exit planning, and recovery and enforcement.
