Loans Warehouse celebrates record conversion rates from network referrals

Loans Warehouse celebrated a record-breaking year in 2024, delivering increased conversion rates from clients referred by mortgage brokers within major UK networks, including Mortgage Advice Bureau and Rosemount Financial.

With increasing demand for second charge and bridging finance, Loans Warehouse has seen a dramatic uplift in both referral volumes and client completions.

In 2024, the business recorded a year-on-year 400% increase in leads from network partners, alongside a conversion rate exceeding 20% from enquiry to completion.

The success of this growth is driven by an experienced team, led externally by Natalie McNamara, head of network growth and distribution, and internally by Greg Chase and Simon Ross, who oversee the adviser and processing teams.
