SDKA has expanded its customer-facing team with the appointment of Chris Simpson (pictured) as underwriter.
Simpson will work with brokers and direct applicants as well as surveyors and legal professionals to ensure applications are completed to each clients’ timeframes.
He joins from Together where he held an equivalent position from June 2022 to March 2025, prior to which he gained two years’ experience in the property sector as lettings manager for Sequence.
Before that, he spent three years in the valuations market as senior negotiator at Countrywide.
He becomes the sixth member of the underwriting team and will report directly to head of underwriting, Chris Edwards.
