Yorkshire Building Society has today, 22nd May, reduced rates on selected mortgages by up to 0.44%.
5-year fixed rates up to 95% loan-to-value (LTV) have decreased, while 2-year fixes dropped by as much as 0.41% and 3-year products by up to 0.26%.
A 2-year fixed rate for buyers up to 95% LTV now stands at 4.84%, down from 5.25%, with a £1,495 fee and free standard valuation.
For remortgages, the 2-year fixed up to 85% LTV is now 4.43% from 4.56%, with a £1,495 fee, free standard valuation and remortgage legal service.
The 2-year fixed up to 80% LTV for remortgages is now 4.36% from 4.48%, with a £995 fee, free valuation and remortgage legal service.
The 5K Deposit Mortgage for first-time buyers (FTBs) has also seen a rate cut of 0.21% to 5.48% from 5.69%.
