Norton Broker Services has appointed Vincent Ricks (pictured) as telephone business development manager, as the credit broker responds to growing demand across both mortgage and bridging enquiries.
Ricks will support brokers placing cases for first charge mortgages and 1st and 2nd charge bridging finance. He will provide direct assistance on case enquiries, criteria, and application progress, with a focus on more complex client needs.
He brings over a decade of experience in property and finance, including roles across sales, investment, and development.
Most recently he was sales director at Apex International Property Solutions, where he worked with high net worth clients on buy-to-let and multi-unit developments valued up to £10m.
Previous roles include head of sales and marketing at Foot Forward Property Investments, and more than 10 years at Keystone Property Group UK as a senior property consultant.
Mel Whiting, head of mortgages and bridging at Norton Broker Services, said: “Vincent brings valuable experience from the investor and development side of the market, which gives him a great understanding of what brokers and their clients need from a lender.
“We’re really pleased to welcome him to the Norton Broker Services team as we continue building our support proposition to intermediaries across a range of product areas.”
Ricks added: “I’m excited to be joining Norton Broker Services at a time when the team is expanding and there is increased growth in our services and proposition.
“I’ve worked with investors, landlords, and developers for many years, so I understand the importance of clear and timely communication. I’m looking forward to building strong relationships and helping more brokers get deals across the line.”
