NACFB appoints two non-executive directors

The National Association of Commercial Finance Brokers (NACFB) has strengthened its board with the appointment of two non-executive directors as part of its ongoing governance renewal and commitment to boardroom diversity.

Angela Norman, managing director at YBS Commercial Mortgages, joins as Patron lender director, bringing over 25 years of leadership experience from across RBS, Lloyds, and Recognise Bank.

William Grove, who has held senior finance roles at In Partnership, Towergate, and Mortgages for Business, has also been appointed as finance director.

A longstanding friend of the trade body, Norman said she is “delighted to make a difference” and pledged to champion the broker-customer relationship.

Grove said he was “honoured” to support the Association’s mission and help guide its financial stewardship.

Jim Higginbotham, CEO of the NACFB, said: “Angela and William bring to the table a depth of experience and sector understanding that will help shape the future direction of the NACFB.”
