The Right Mortgage & Protection Network launches Health Fact Find

The Right Mortgage & Protection Network has launched a new Health Fact Find feature to its advisers.

The network said the introduction of the Health Fact Find, on the Acre platform, is part of its ongoing commitment to enhance the adviser and client journey, delivering more comprehensive data capture tools to support and simplify the Protection, Private Medical Insurance (PMI), and Equity Release advice processes.

Available now to all advisers within member firms, the Health Fact Find allows advisers to record detailed client health information across key areas including medical history, general lifestyle, diagnosed conditions, medications, GP and family medical information, and more.

The new section appears within the Acre platform on all Health and Protection cases, sitting beneath the existing fact find area.

It includes features such as auto-calculated BMI based on entered height and weight, and a synchronised smoker status field that aligns with the Protection sourcing journey.

Later this year, the functionality will be expanded via the introduction of the Client Portal Health Fact Find. This will allow clients to complete their own health data independently and securely from home, prior to or between adviser meetings.

The Right Mortgage said the addition of this new functionality is part of its roadmap to deliver smarter, more efficient hybrid journeys that balance compliance, client convenience, and adviser control.
