Santander UK has announced cuts of up to 0.22% across its fixed mortgage range, with changes applying to first-time buyers, home movers, new build and remortgage customers.
The revised rates are available from today, with Santander maintaining its “no dual pricing” policy to ensure parity for customers applying through brokers or direct channels.
Among the changes for first-time buyers are a 0.15% cut to the 90% LTV 2-year fixed rate with no fee and £250 cashback, now priced at 4.73%, and a 0.22% reduction on the 95% LTV 5-year fixed rate, which falls to 4.85%.
For home movers, reductions include a 0.12% cut to the 90% LTV 2-year fixed rate with no fee and £250 cashback, now 4.73%, and a 0.12% decrease on the 95% LTV 5-year fixed rate, now at 4.78%.
Remortgage customers will benefit from a 0.10% cut on the 90% LTV 2-year fixed rate with a £999 fee, now 4.79%, and a 0.07% cut on the 60% LTV 5-year fixed rate with the same fee, now 3.96%.
New build products have also been repriced, including a 0.22% reduction on the 95% LTV 5-year fixed rate with no fee and £250 cashback for first-time buyers, bringing the rate down to 4.85%.
