Reapit launches AI assistant to automate estate agency tasks

Reapit has launched Reapit AI (RAI), an artificial intelligence (AI) assistant built to help estate agents and property managers work faster and more efficiently.

The tool is set to be rolled out early in 2026 and will be embedded into Reapit’s existing platform.

RAI is being developed using Reapit’s data, which includes millions of property records and transactions from across the UK and ANZ.

It is designed to automate tasks like writing property descriptions, lead scoring, maintenance workflows, and collecting listing information for agents.

The tool will also give real-time recommendations based on live data.

Matt McGown (pictured), chief product officer at Reapit, said: “AI is only as effective as the data it learns from.

“RAI is powered by the real operational history of estate agencies, not scraped web data.

“That makes it more relevant, more personal, and far more powerful from day one.”

Mark Armstrong, CEO at Reapit, said: “Estate agencies are under increasing pressure to do more with less, and we believe AI should be a force multiplier, not just another feature.

“RAI works inside the Reapit platform that our customers already trust, streamlining workflows, surfacing opportunities, and enhancing client service.

“It’s AI that listens, learns and acts, all while reflecting the unique identity of each agency.”

Reapit will work with a group of estate agencies in the UK to test and refine RAI before launch.

The first release will include predictive lead scoring, automated follow-ups, maintenance automation, a ‘listing concierge’ tool, AI-written property descriptions in the agency’s own style, and real-time insights for users.

McGown added: “Where some vendors are adding AI as a bolt-on, we are embedding it deeply, so it works where our customers already work.

“It’s the difference between AI that’s clever and AI that delivers tangible outcomes for our agents. RAI is built to deliver measurable outcomes, with agents in full control.”

RAI will operate securely within each customer’s own data environment, with no data shared across different businesses.

Reapit will not use client conversations to train the system for other clients.

Dawson Scott, chief technology officer at Reapit, said: “Data security and trust remain our top priorities.

“We are building RAI to be secure, brand-aware, and custom-fit for each agency.

“This isn’t about tech for tech’s sake, it’s about creating meaningful, intelligent automation that respects our customers’ privacy and individuality.”

Scott added: “Agencies will have control over accepting the recommendations that RAI proposes, giving our clients an additional layer of control that generic AI solutions cannot provide.”

Armstrong said: “RAI marks the next chapter in our mission to help agents thrive through technology.

“We’re excited to deliver AI that’s not just intelligent, but truly integrated, intuitive, and agency-first.”
