LMS has appointed Clare Yates (pictured) as estate agent consulting partner, reinforcing its commitment to greater collaboration across the home buying and selling industry.
Yates brings over three decades of experience spanning estate agency, conveyancing, and training.
She has worked in both estate agency and conveyancing before moving into consultancy and has worked with hundreds of estate agency branches nationwide, helping to improve sales progression, customer communication, and operational efficiency.
Yates is also a respected industry voice, serving as a board member of Women in Estate Agency (WIEA), where she advocates for greater collaboration, transparency, and inclusion
across the property sector.
Travis Scholes, commercial director at LMS, said: “Clare has a deep understanding of the estate agency landscape, having been at the heart of it for years.
“She knows the challenges agents face, speaks their language, and is uniquely placed to bring those insights into LMS to help shape better, more collaborative solutions.
“Clare’s appointment signals our commitment to building a truly joined-up experience that benefits all stakeholders.”
Yates added: “Having worked on both sides of the fence, I’ve seen first-hand the disconnects that cause delays and frustration for customers.
“My role is about building relationships, engaging with agents, and making sure they’re part of the conversation as we move toward a more connected, tech-enabled future.
“LMS is doing something genuinely transformative with and the continued rollout of National Property Transaction Network (NPTN), and I’m excited to help drive that forward with the estate agency community.”
