Glenhawk has promoted six staff across its loan portfolio, underwriting, finance, treasury and business development teams.
Jack Gardener has stepped up to senior portfolio manager for his work managing the loan book.
Harleigh French is now team leader for internal BDMs, taking charge of broker engagement.
James Moore has become team leader for case managers, following his work on operational efficiency and customer service.
Caitlin Nicholson has moved into an underwriter role after supporting complex credit decisions.
Meanwhile, Jack Bush is now senior treasury analyst, given his increased responsibility in treasury.
Stuart McToal has been made finance manager to support lending, servicing and treasury activities.
