HSBC Life (UK) has added three new business development managers (BDMs) and launched a new protection adviser support team to grow its protection market share.
The new hires and team aim to make it easier for advisers and customers to do business with the firm.
The protection adviser support team will offer quicker phone and email replies on queries about ongoing applications, underwriting, commission, policy updates and system support.
