DPT Monitoring Surveyors has appointed two additional surveyors and announced a rebrand and new website to support strong growth acceleration.
Stephen Gill (pictured left) will be responsible for overseeing new development and heavy project builds.
He joins from Greenbox Interiors where he held the title of director and possesses a skillset including surveying, valuing, estimating, programming and managing schemes.
Conor Lee (pictured right) enters the business having graduated with a 2:1 in Building Surveying from Salford University, he will initially be focused on progress reports for light and medium works projects.
The appointments are part of a growth strategy that has seen the business land several new lenders over the last 12 months, while also changing their name to DPT Monitoring Surveyors from TecCre8 Services to provide greater clarity on their services.
Tim Coulston, managing director of DPT Monitoring Surveyors, said: “Over the last 12 months the business has grown rapidly, mirroring the rise in small, medium and largescale property development projects taking place across the UK.
“With the increase in lending, whether short or term, risk mitigation and investment security become more important then ever and we need to be in a place to service all lenders and their clients with quick, accurate reporting.
“This means we need the right people, and Stephen and Conor are very welcome additions to our ever-growing team.”
