Sancus Lending UK has appointed Reece Gaulton as relationship executive in Manchester to boost its presence in the North West.
Gaulton will work with Andrew Charnley, UK managing director at Sancus and commercial director Alex Garland to help originate new loans and grow Sancus’ residential bridging activity in the region.
In his new role, Gaulton will focus on building and maintaining relationships within the Sancus introducer network, supporting the company’s service-led approach to property-backed lending.
He brings over five years’ industry experience, most recently in a client-facing job managing transactions from initial enquiry to completion.
Gaulton said: “I’m pleased to be joining the Sancus team at such an exciting time for the business.
“I’m looking forward to playing a key role in the expansion of our residential bridging proposition and collaborating with our partners to deliver great outcomes for our clients.”
