AdviserSoftware.com launches Adviser Tech & AI Guide

AdviserSoftware.com has launched the Adviser Tech & AI Guide, a new monthly publication aimed at helping advisers choose the right technology for their businesses.

The guide, available for free on the AdviserSoftware.com website and delivered straight to advisers’ inboxes, gives an overview and detailed analysis of advice tech options on the market.

Each month, the guide highlights four to six providers and covers areas such as artificial intelligence (AI) tools, practice management systems, client portals, financial and cashflow planning, risk profiling, mortgage sourcing and equity release systems.

The guide was designed as a central hub to make the process of picking tech suppliers easier, breaking down main points to consider and offering practical insights for decision-making.

The focus is on supporting advisers looking to review their current technology or explore new tools to boost efficiency and profitability.

Ian McKenna, founder of Financial Technology Research Centre and AdviserSoftware.com, said: “We have seen the number of users of our AdviserSoftware.com community double in the last year with 10,000 people a quarter visiting the site.

“Given the sole focus is helping advisers choose the right technology we think that this shows how much of a key issue this has now become.

“Over the last year, an unparalleled number of new advice tech propositions have launched.

“This makes it harder than ever for advisers to choose the right tech.”

McKenna added: “Our mission is to offer a single, trusted destination where advisers can learn about all the players in the tech space, not just the well-known names.

“Providing our monthly guide direct to their inboxes will make it even easier for advisers to access the insight they need to shape their advice and client service propositions, both now and in the future.

“We don’t just list who all the technology suppliers are, our analyst team who all have extensive first-hand experience working in adviser firms, interrogate the systems, working with suppliers to produce detailed and accurate analysis of what their systems do in order to better inform prospective customers.”

He said: “Our detailed reviews and analysis are accompanied by a comprehensive directory of software solutions for advisers, which cover not only the UK but various other global jurisdictions including the US and Canada.

“Time is an advisers most valuable resource, and the right technology can be a huge benefit enabling them to spend more time with clients.

“We are here to help make informed decisions and leverage technology to its fullest potential.”
