Cavendish marks 40th anniversary with rebrand and new website

Conveyancing firm Cavendish is marking its 40th anniversary with a refreshed brand and the launch of a new website.

Previously known as Cavendish Legal Group, the firm has simplified its name to Cavendish as part of a wider effort to align its identity with a more modern, tech-driven approach to property law.

The new branding focuses on the firm’s commitment to delivering clarity, reliability, and personal support through digital tools and expert advice.

Lisa Daniels, head of marketing at Cavendish, said: “This rebrand is about more than a new name or logo – it’s about showing who Cavendish really is.

“It puts our clients front and centre and reflects the way we’ve always worked: making moving easier, clearer, and less stressful.

“Now, we’re proud that our branding and website truly matches up to the experience we deliver.”

The visual identity and tone of voice have been updated to present Cavendish as tech-powered and human-driven, with a focus on trust, service, and expert guidance.

A redesigned website aims to improve the client experience and showcase the firm’s conveyancing services, which include support for first-time buyers, shared ownership, staircasing, and investor transactions across England and Wales.

Sharon Beedham, relationship director at Cavendish, said: “Our clients aren’t just looking for legal documents – they’re looking for support, reassurance, and a partner they can trust during a major life milestone. That’s what Cavendish is here for.”
