Enra Specialist Finance has appointed Alex Bradshaw (pictured) as chief people officer (CPO) as the business continues to grow.
Bradshaw has over 25 years’ experience in HR and people roles.
Most recently, she led the people team at an electrical contractor through a period of change that included a business sale, two acquisitions and a culture shift.
Before that, Bradshaw was head of HR at London Luton Airport, overseeing the company’s growth from 300 to over 1,000 staff in eight years and leading on projects for pay, reward and talent.
She will now oversee human resources at Enra, which includes lender West One and broker Aria Finance.
