Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Ben Cullen as head of UK & Ireland, taking over from George Roberts who is leaving the business.
Cullen joined Cushman & Wakefield as a graduate in 2001 and became an international partner in 2016.
He led the London occupier representation team before being named head of offices, UK in 2021, and also sat on the UK executive committee.
In his new role, he will focus on clients and growth for the UK & Ireland business.
Andy Tyler will take over from Cullen as head of offices, UK.
