Breeze Capital has announced the internal promotion of Ginny Percival (pictured) to the position of underwriter.
Previously working in an administrative support role, Percival will now report to director of credit risk, Natalie Smethurst and take on responsibility for assessing and managing loan applications across Breeze Capital’s growing portfolio.
This move comes at a time of strong demand for flexible short-term funding solutions, particularly among property developers and investors seeking fast, competitively priced and highly geared financing.
