The Conveyancing Association (CA) has announced title investigation specialists, ntitle, as its latest affiliate member.
Founded by Nicola Ashley and Nicola Davies, ntitle offers a specialist, legal process outsource service in title investigation.
The business returns accurate and buyer-ready title investigations and reports a list of all compliant enquiries, within 48 hours, for conveyancing firms in England and Wales via its technology and expertise.
ntitle said the service allows conveyancing firms to fundamentally change the way they manage and deliver their conveyancing processes without compromising on quality or time.
As affiliate members of the CA, ntitle will receive a range of benefits and opportunities including the use of CA branding, attendance and networking at member and online meetings, access to member firms, advertising and more.
As full affiliate members ntitle will also be attending next year’s CA annual conference and dinner, which will be taking place at The Belfry in February 2026.
