Rosemount welcomes 10 new advisers as network growth accelerates

Rosemount Financial Solutions (IFA) has reported another quarter of strong growth, adding 10 new advisers between April and June 2025.

The network said its bespoke support and personal approach continue to attract ambitious adviser firms across mortgages, protection and financial planning.

The latest intake includes Fiyin Makinde of Arvifin Solutions, James Armitage of Lenderhive, Naveed Khan of Roxton Wealth, Varun Maini of V&R Financial, Sally Mitchell of Versed Financial, Daniel Skelton of Wealth Guide, Philip Wildin and KellyAnn El-Shawk of Wildin & Co, and Mark Francis and Darryl Workman of WR Ethical.

Rosemount has also recorded exceptional performance figures this year. Independent analysis from Network Consulting showed Rosemount achieved a net growth rate of 14.5% in 2025 to date, ranking third among all networks in the country.

Revenue has also risen, with 2024 figures 25% higher than the previous year and first-quarter 2025 revenues up by more than a third on the same period in 2024.

Ahmed Bawa (pictured), CEO of Rosemount Financial Solutions (IFA), said: “We are building something really special at Rosemount.

“For too long advisers have felt overlooked by their networks, treated as numbers on a balance sheet. We are doing things differently, really getting to know each individual adviser, their hopes and aspirations, and putting a support structure in place to help them achieve those goals.

“At Rosemount, advisers enjoy bespoke training to allow them to develop their firm as they see fit, diversifying or strengthening their proposition in the areas that matter to them and their clients.

“Our ability to support advisers moving into full financial planning has been a big driver in our growth to date, and I look forward to working closely with our latest recruits in the months and years ahead.”

Sally Mitchell, mortgage and protection consultant at Versed Financial, commented: “From the very first interaction I have been struck by the warm welcome I have received from Rosemount. It really does feel like you are joining a family.

“The small, friendly team are always available to answer any queries or steer you in the right direction.

“You get the feeling they are your cheerleaders and want to make everything as efficient and simple as possible.

“I am impressed with their tech offerings and it’s a breath of fresh air to have a compliance team who are so supportive.”

James Armitage, CEO of Lenderhive, added: “From our first engagement, Callum Wilkinson – Strategic Relationship Manager at Rosemount – just got exactly what we were building in Lenderhive.

“Having previously crossed paths with Ahmed Bawa in his Intrinsic days, I therefore viewed Rosemount as a network agile enough to look forward and innovate while also being solidly rooted in the realities of the industry.

“The personal touch has been maintained throughout, and the whole Lenderhive team is excited to move forward together with Rosemount as an ideal partner.”
