Host Planet has teamed up with the Short Term Accommodation Association (STAA) to launch a UK-wide roadshow for the short-term rental sector in 2026.
The seven-city event series, supported by Women in Short-Term Rentals and title sponsor PriceLabs, will run from February to December and include stops in Cornwall, Portsmouth, London, Nottingham, Bath, Chester and Edinburgh.
Described as a movement to empower short-term rental professionals, the Host Planet Roadshow 2026 will deliver practical training, expert insights, and networking opportunities to hosts, holiday let owners, property managers, and suppliers across the UK’s most active STR markets.
Each event will be tailored to local communities and open to operators of all sizes, with the programme covering market insights, revenue strategies, guest experience, operations, technology, regulation and sustainability.
Organisers said no two events will be the same, with curated roundtable discussions, ‘no-pitch’ knowledge sharing, and an outcomes board that will feed into a post-event impact report.
James Varley, founder and CEO of Host Planet, said: “The Host Planet Roadshow is more than just an event series – it’s a nationwide movement to empower STR professionals where they live and work.
“By partnering with the STAA, the Women in Short Term Rentals community, and visionary sponsors like PriceLabs, we’re building a stronger, smarter, and more connected industry.”
Andrew Fenner, chief executive of the STAA, added: “This is a defining moment for our sector.
“The Host Planet Roadshow provides an essential platform to engage, educate, and energise local STR communities.
“We’re proud to support this initiative and look forward to meeting hosts and operators on the ground across the country.”
Lisa Roads, founder of Women in Short Term Rentals, said: “This is about empowering hosts in every corner of the UK.
“Women are playing a bigger role than ever in the growth of this sector, and I’m excited to help deliver an inclusive, value-driven event series that reflects that.”
PriceLabs has been confirmed as the exclusive title sponsor.
Sharon Biggar, VP of Marketing, said: “We are incredibly excited to be the title sponsor for the Host Planet Roadshow 2026.
“The event provides a fantastic opportunity to meet with hosts and property managers in the UK and equip them with insights on leveraging AI, market data, and dynamic pricing to scale their business.”
Each stop will feature event partners including Beach Retreats, The Island Holiday Company, Just For You Holiday Homes, Simply Owners, Curated Property, Sykes Holiday Cottages and Adore Scotland. Organisers anticipate between 700 and 900 attendees across the full series.
