UK Homes Network has appointed Rich Devenport as its new chief technology officer (CTO) as part of plans to develop its platform for property professionals across the UK.
Devenport started his career in photography before moving into web development and branding.
Devenport entered the property sector through photography work for an estate agency and later focused on branding and social media for property investors.
UK Homes Network said the appointment comes as the platform looks to improve its app, add new features, and ensure smooth operations.
In his new role, his focus will be on improving the user experience, developing new features for premium members, integrating events with the platform, and supporting the property community.
A spokesperson from UK Homes Network said: “Bringing in Rich Devonport as Chief Technology Officer is more than just an appointment. It’s a signal of where the UK Homes Network is heading.
“We’re building something that lasts – a platform that becomes the go-to place for property professionals to connect, share, and grow. And to do that, we need the right mix of vision, experience, and energy.
“Rich’s journey from photography and design, through property branding and social media, to technology leadership, makes him uniquely qualified to take UK Homes Network into its next chapter.”
They added: “We’re excited about what comes next – and we know our members will feel the benefits very soon.”
