City & Country partners with Forest to offer e-bike travel for homebuyers

City & Country has partnered with Forest to offer new residents at The 1840, St George’s Gardens in Wandsworth a year of free e-bike travel if they reserved homes in August.

The housebuilder said this was the first time it had run a scheme like this, giving buyers 12 months’ Forest Bike credits when they move in.

City & Country said this partnership supported its aim to cut carbon emissions and reach net zero by 2050.

Shelley West, group sales and marketing director at City & Country, said: “Aligning with a brand like Forest felt like an obvious corporate partnership for us.

“At City & Country, we are constantly exploring new ways to enhance our residents’ lifestyles while reducing our environmental impact.

“We hope this new collaboration will mean our residents get the choice to embrace sustainable travel options from the moment they move in.”

Jamie Richards, vice president of sales at Forest, said: “We’re thrilled to partner with City & Country to bring our sustainable and user-friendly e-bikes to residents of The 1840, St George’s Garden.

“This collaboration makes it easier for residents to embrace a more active lifestyle, commute sustainably, and explore their local area with the freedom and convenience that our e-bikes offer.”
