Clowes Developments has secured planning permission to build over 500,000 square feet of commercial and industrial space at Harrier Park in Hucknall.
Ashfield District Council gave reserved matters consent for six new units, which will range from 60,000 square feet to 206,000 square feet.
The units will sit on two plots within a 31-acre site, which is being prepared following groundworks and site clean-up.
Clowes Developments took ownership of the former Rolls-Royce aerospace site in 2024 and has since started a multi-million-pound enabling works programme.
The scheme aims to bring new industrial and logistics space to a part of Nottinghamshire where demand is high.
The redevelopment is expected to support local jobs and economic growth.
The units are set up for occupiers in manufacturing, logistics and distribution.
Kevin Webster, associate director at Clowes Developments, said: “Securing planning permission is a significant step forward for Harrier Park.
“We’re transforming a landmark site into a vibrant commercial hub that will deliver lasting economic benefits to Hucknall and the wider Ashfield area.
“With enabling works already underway, we are committed to progressing the scheme at pace and attracting top-tier occupiers to the development.”
