Market Financial Solutions has been added to Sesame’s panel of lenders.
The partnership will provide Sesame’s network of intermediaries with access to Market Financial Solutions’ range of residential bridging loan and buy-to-let (BTL) mortgage products.
Sesame is one of the largest and longest established financial services networks in the UK, providing financial advisers and intermediaries with the expert guidance and services they need to run their business effectively.
Founded in 2006, Market Financial Solutions offers both bridging loans and BTL mortgages. It specialises in handling large and complex deals at pace, offering loans up to £50 million with terms of between three months and 10 years.
Market Financial Solutions’ experience, coupled with the strength of its funding lines, ensures it can provide certainty to brokers and borrowers, as well as a great deal of flexibility.
The partnership comes as Market Financial Solutions continues to scale its lending operations, following a rate reduction in June and the recent extension of a £1.5bn funding line.
