MCR Property Group has agreed to buy Truro Works, a 237-unit student accommodation scheme in Sheffield, for an undisclosed fee.
Truro Works is the second student accommodation scheme that MCR owns and manages in Sheffield, joining Park Village, with a third in progress.
The three developments are designed to offer a range of student living options in different parts of the city.
Truro Works is located to the South of the city centre, close to Sheffield Hallam University, and has a modern design.
Nick Lake, fund director at MCR Property Group, said: “Sheffield is a fantastic student city with a thriving community and we are delighted to be delivering three unique schemes here.
