Weston Homes has launched Jasper Wharf, a £70m residential tower at Abbey Quay in Barking, East London.
The 29-storey scheme is set to be the tallest residential building in Barking and will deliver 167 private apartments, with 37 one-bedroom and 130 two-bedroom homes.
The project is due for completion in spring 2027, with first residents expected to move in summer 2026.
The tower overlooks the River Roding and offers views towards Canary Wharf. Most apartments feature at least one balcony or terrace.
Homes come with open-plan layouts, full-fibre broadband, and kitchens by Oakwood Kitchens with integrated appliances, quartz worktops and splashbacks.
Bathrooms include Arctic white suites, heated towel rails, walk-in Fascino smart showers or bathtubs, and integrated vanity storage. Flooring is included throughout.
A hotel-style lobby stands at the base of the tower and there is a dedicated cycle storage room with 82 spaces for residents.
All resident parking spaces available to purchase are fitted with electric vehicle charging points.
Some two-bedroom apartments are available through Discount Market Sale, allowing buyers to pay 80% of the full price but own 100% of their home, subject to terms and conditions.
Jasper Wharf is the centrepiece of the Abbey Quay development, which is part of a wider regeneration of this part of Barking to meet demand for new homes.
Suzanne Aplin, group sales & marketing director at Weston Homes, said: “Jasper Wharf represents the pinnacle of contemporary urban living.
“It is more than just a residential development; it’s a lifestyle offering.
“From breathtaking views to eco-conscious design, as the new tallest residential tower in Barking, Jasper Wharf is the crown jewel of Abbey Quay and a landmark for the borough.”
Aplin added: “We are delighted to also be offering Discount Market Sale on a selection of properties here, making this a more affordable choice for local buyers.
“We invite prospective buyers to our new marketing suite to learn about the exceptional lifestyle available.”
