CBRE UK appoints head of metropolitan valuation

CBRE UK has named Michelle Campbell as head of metropolitan valuation, leading a new service aimed at the smaller lot size market.

The metropolitan valuation team will focus on both new and existing lenders, panel management and broker clients, offering a sector agnostic service across the UK.

Campbell joins from Aitchison Raffety, where she was head of valuation.

Before that, she held the same role at Copping Joyce Surveyors and spent over eight years in the valuation team at JLL.

She has more than 16 years’ experience as a chartered surveyor and registered valuer, with a background in valuing commercial and residential assets for loan security and regulated purpose instructions across the UK and Europe.

Campbell said: “In a market where speed and accuracy are more important than ever, I’m excited to be able to offer our lender, panel and broker clients the technology and market knowledge that a powerhouse such as CBRE can provide.”

Lee Bruce, head of UK valuation at CBRE, said: “We have been developing a strategy that addresses the smaller, SME lending market for some time and now that Michelle is in position, we can take our new capability to market.

“Michelle’s specialist expertise makes it even more compelling, and we’re delighted to have her on board.”
