Avison Young boosts real estate team with reappointments

Avison Young has brought back four former employees to strengthen its real estate management team in Birmingham.

Claire Bramhall (pictured, centre left), Emma Swann (pictured, second from left) and Vicky Round (pictured, centre right) have rejoined as associate directors in senior property management roles.

Ravinder Lall (pictured, second from right) also returns as an associate director to lead risk and compliance.

The four will work on commercial property management mandates across the UK, including prime mixed-use office schemes in key cities and a large national industrial and logistics portfolio.

Bramhall and Lall return after working in retail and IT, bringing new skills to the business.

Guy Thompson (pictured, far left), principal, real estate facilities & infrastructure management at Avison Young UK, said: “It is always a pleasure welcoming talent into Avison Young, but when it is returning talent, it is an even greater pleasure.

“These reappointments are already adding value to Avison Young’s clients with their experience gained from outside of the sector.

“They have enabled us to provide our clients with more, highly experienced, professionals who can hit the ground running and already will be able to offer clients a first class, bespoke service across the full suite of property and estate management disciplines, incorporating facilities, accounting, occupier engagement and surveying.”

Emma Taylor (pictured, far right), regional director for real estate management services at Avison Young UK, said: “In re-appointing these four senior and talented professionals, we are positioning ourselves to serve our growing client base, providing them with access to well-informed advisors, from our confident and experienced team.

“At the same time, our returning colleagues will impart their knowledge to our younger cohort in the office, this is critical to the success of our next generation of rising stars.”
