Assetz Capital has appointed Hans Laud-Anderson (pictured) as relationship director for London and the South East, reinforcing its commitment to property developers and investors in the region.
The lender said the appointment will expand its presence in one of the UK’s most active real estate markets.
Laud-Anderson brings more than 10 years of experience in property finance, banking and relationship management.
He has managed complex development and investment finance transactions and has a background in origination, portfolio management and strategic client partnerships.
His experience spans residential, mixed-use and commercial schemes, working with developers, brokers and institutional partners.
