Conveyancing Alliance rebrands to CAL

Conveyancing Alliance has rebranded to CAL, bringing all its services under one main brand, with two product brands: Broker Conveyancing and Agent Conveyancing.

The change followed several years of growth and feedback from mortgage advisers, estate agents and their clients.

CAL said this move allows more investment in its platform and aims to make transactions more straightforward for clients.

CAL has a long history working with brokers and estate agents, connecting them with conveyancers.

Under the new structure, CAL is now the main name for the group, with Broker Conveyancing aimed at mortgage advisers and their clients, while Agent Conveyancing is for estate agents and customers.

The rebrand includes new logos and will be followed by upgrades to digital tools and products.

CAL said it is focusing on making transactions simple and stress-free, helping firms to grow revenue and build strong client relationships.

The aim is to remove friction and put trust and quality at the centre of the service.

Mark Tosetti, CEO at CAL, said: “The new identity and product structure have been shaped by broker and agent feedback.

“Our mission is clear – to help brokers and estate agents win. By unifying our brands under CAL, we are making it clearer for our partners and their clients to understand who we are, what we stand for and the value we deliver.

“This is about clarity, consistency and building even stronger relationships across the mortgage and property sector.”

Tosetti added: “CAL’s rebrand is a celebration of what the team has built with brokers and agents over many years, and a statement of where we’re headed.

“Our relationships are genuine, built on trust and empathy and have grown over time.

“This evolution is a true reflection of our people and the skills, passion and promises they bring to work every day.”
