Gatehouse Bank has appointed Emma Kelman as a business development manager (BDM) covering South West London.
Kelman has 30 years’ experience in the mortgage industry and joins the bank from Octane Capital, where she also worked as a BDM.
She previously spent 20 years in the same role at Kensington Mortgages/Northview Group.
Kelman will manage existing and new broker relationships in South West London, and will report to Lottie Clayton, head of intermediary sales.
Clayton said: “Emma has extensive experience in the mortgage industry and will be a real asset to our growing team.
“We are always looking to increase the number of brokers we work with, and Emma will play a key role in managing these relationships and forging new ones.”
Kelman added: “This is an exciting time to join the bank. It is constantly improving its range of home finance products and I look forward to growing the network of brokers we work with.”
