Propertymark Trust launches new website to support members

The Propertymark Trust has launched a new website to make it easier for Propertymark members to get support.

The trust helps members, their families, and colleagues in times of hardship, as well as providing funding for qualifications and professional development.

The new site allows members to apply directly for grants, education funding and the Class of 2025 initiative.

The project was delivered with Agent Extra, and includes a new phone number and live chat in partnership with Moneypenny.

Sophie Lang, trustee of the Propertymark Trust, said: “This is a really exciting step forward for the Trust.

Propertymark members now have a website that reflects who we are and what we stand for — support, community, and professionalism.

With the new site, applying for help or joining initiatives like the Class of 2025 has never been simpler.”

Lang added: “We’re hugely grateful to Agent Extra for bringing our vision to life and to Moneypenny for making sure members can reach us whenever they need to.”

Danny Crowe, director at Agent Extra, said: “We were honoured to be chosen to build a custom site for The Propertymark Trust.

“Every detail from the layout to the user journey was carefully designed to give the charity the website it truly deserves.

“Our design team had a lot of fun bringing the new look to life but above all, we wanted to make it easier for members to find and engage with the Trust’s vital support.”

Crowe added: “It’s been a privilege to work with such a dedicated team on a project that will have a real impact across the industry.”

Mark Finlay, chief commercial officer at Moneypenny, said: “We’re delighted to support the Propertymark Trust.

“Having a real person available to listen and guide members to the right help can make all the difference, especially in times of need.

“Together, we’re making sure no member ever feels alone when reaching out for support.”
