Global real estate advisor CBRE has been awarded a place on the Eastern Shires Purchasing Organisation (ESPO) consultancy services framework 664_25.
The appointment followed a competitive tender and will run from 1st September 2025 to 31st August 2027.
The framework allows public sector bodies to procure CBRE’s strategic property, asset management, regeneration, FM and sustainability consultancy services in a compliant and efficient way.
This includes councils, NHS trusts, central Government departments and other public sector organisations.
