Pure Property Finance has become the official finance partner of Planning Portal, the UK’s online service for planning applications in England and Wales.
The Cardiff-based broker will work with the Government-backed portal to help developers get funding and planning support more easily.
Through the partnership, Pure Property Finance and Planning Portal will identify early-stage planning opportunities before formal submission and provide specialist advice, factoring in planning timelines and requirements.
Planning Portal will also notify Pure Property Finance when preliminary planning submissions are made, so they can offer exclusive finance options to customers.
