Avison Young has taken on five new staff in its Manchester office, bringing the team to 125.
Ben Bellis, Matthew Walters, Lewis Chester and Will Jones have all joined the building and project consultancy team, while Callum McDougall joins as associate director in the lease advisory team.
Bellis moved from AUEROS Infrastructure and will work with the cost consultancy team across sectors like health, leisure, industrial and infrastructure.
Walters joins as a graduate surveyor after studying at Sheffield Hallam University and will be working towards his assessment of professional competence with RICS, focusing on surveys and contract administration.
Chester, who spent three years at Cushman & Wakefield, is now a senior building surveyor specialising in project management, dilapidation and technical due diligence.
Jones worked in London for L&Q Group before joining Baker Hollingworth in the North West, and now takes up the role of quantity surveyor in the cost consultancy team.
McDougall has more than 11 years’ experience at Mason Owen and will advise landlord and occupier clients on rent reviews and lease renewals across the North West and nationwide.
