StreamBank joins New Leaf Distribution lender panel

StreamBank has announced that it has joined the New Leaf Distribution lender panel, widening broker access to its range of specialist property finance products.

Effective immediately, appointed representative firms across the network can place business directly with StreamBank for bridging, development and commercial loans.

StreamBank, which launched in 2021, specialises in short-term and complex property lending.

The bank emphasises flexibility by relying on experienced underwriters rather than rigid credit scoring, helping brokers secure funding for time-sensitive bridging loans, property refurbishments, development exit finance and commercial investment cases.

Roz Cawood, managing director of property finance at StreamBank, said: “New Leaf has built a strong reputation for the support it gives to its advisers, combining scale with a personal approach.

“Joining its lender panel means we can offer our full range of products to its network. Just as importantly, it allows us to work closely with new advisers, discuss cases directly and provide solutions that make a real difference.”

New Leaf Distribution supports more than 350 advisers nationwide, providing compliance, training and business development services.

Daniel Hobbs, CEO at New Leaf Distribution, said: “We’re very pleased to welcome StreamBank to our lender panel. Its specialist expertise adds real value for our advisers, particularly when clients need more flexible or bespoke funding.

“Full access to StreamBank’s bridging, development and commercial products gives our AR firms greater choice, which ultimately means better outcomes for their customers.”
