second charge awards

Last chance: ‘BDM of the Year’ voting to close midnight tomorrow

The final window to vote for BDM of the Year at the National Mortgage Awards – Second Charge is now open, with voting set to close at midnight tomorrow (23rd September).

No extensions or late votes will be accepted beyond the deadline.

The BDM categories form a key part of the 2025 National Mortgage Awards – Second Charge, recognising stand-out individuals from both lender and broker organisations.

This year’s lender category was expanded to 10 nominees in response to increased engagement and sector visibility.

The winners will be revealed at a black tie event on 23rd October at The Underglobe, hosted by Jeff Stelling and sponsored by Pure Panel Management.

Ryan Fowler, managing director of Astor Media and publisher of The Intermediary, said: “We’ve had an incredibly strong response to the BDM categories again this year.

“These awards reflect peer recognition in a part of the market where relationships, speed and service matter most. If you haven’t voted yet, this is your last chance.”

Final judging for all other categories begins this week, following the close of voting in BDM.
